Ria’s Apartments consist of two 2-bedroom apartments and one studio. All have been individually designed and decorated to exceptionally high standards, complete with all modern conveniences needed for your holiday in Albania. The interior passageways have been traditionally whitewashed and the stairways have been crafted from local stone.

The studio apartment has one main room, a kitchen, a WC/shower room and a spacious balcony and can accommodate up to two persons. It features two single beds that can be made into a double bed. There is also the possibility of an extra bed upon request with cost of +10%.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern amenities; oven, stove, kettle, wash basin, large fridge/freezer as well as all appropriate cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery. A dining table is on the corner of the room so guests can enjoy dinner and drinks in the comfort of their own space. The main room features a screen plasma TV as well.

While the studio apartment might not have the size of its larger counterpart it still provide enough space and comfort for guests to unwind and relax in the evening after a day of fun and leisure in Ksamil and the surrounding areas.

The studio is spacious, bright and fully equipped ensuring your holidays to be both serene and pleasant.
